Start – Jordan Cameron, TE, Browns

Hello, Mr. Cameron, and welcome to the world of legitimate fantasy value. Cameron has posted double-digit fantasy performances (in standard ESPN leagues) entering Week 5, and has shown no signs of slowing down his incredible performances on the field. He is the current Browns starting quarterback Brian Hoyer’s clear favorite target, and has caught 5 touchdowns in 4 weeks for Cleveland. Cameron faces a favorable matchup against a Bills defense that has consistently allowed high point totals to opposing tight ends, so expect Cameron to continue to put up big numbers for the Browns.

Sit – Andy Dalton, QB, Bengals

It hasn’t been a promising fantasy season for Dalton thus far, and he heads into a matchup against a Patriots defense that gave Matt Ryan fits on the road in Week 4. With AJ Green constantly being double-teamed and no clear No. 2 target for Dalton in Cincinnati, expect the Patriots to give Dalton tons of problems with a strong defensive line and improved secondary.

Start – Marshawn Lynch, RB, Seahawks

“Beast Mode” is easily the most consistent offensive weapon for Seattle in 2013. Facing a Colts defense that has problems stopping the run and succeeds in stopping the pass, expect the Seahawks to run the read-option plenty against the Colts and give Lynch plenty of touches. Lynch is the primary weapon in goal-line situations, which ultimately gives his fantasy owners a supreme advantage over the competition. Expect Lynch to be fully charged with Skittles and to run wild against Indianapolis.

Sit – Reggie Wayne, WR, Colts

Wayne had an explosive performance in Week 4 against division rival Jaguars, collecting 5 receptions for 100 yards and a touchdown. However, Wayne faces a Seahawks secondary in Week 5 on the opposite end of the spectrum in comparison to the Jaguars defense. The Legion of Boom will shut Wayne down, especially with corners Brandon Browner and All-Pro Richard Sherman matching up. Although he’s Andrew Luck’s favorite target, he will be shut down by the No. 1 Seahawks defense this week.
