Ulta Beauty is opening this week in the Palouse Mall.

They are celebrating their grand opening Aug 25-27 starting each morning from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The first 100 guests will get a free Ulta gift valued anywhere between $5 and $100, according to their Facebook event.

In order to receive a gift, all participants must be 16 or older. The Ulta Beauty store is located in Moscow, on 1730 W. Pullman Rd.
