University of Idaho will hold a vigil honoring the lives of Ethan Chapin, Xana Kernodle, Madison Mogen and Kaylee Goncalves following their deaths on Nov. 13.

The candlelight vigil will begin at 5 p.m. on Wednesday in UI’s ASUI-Kibbie Activity Center, moved indoors due to inclement weather, according to the UI website. The vigil will also be live-streamed if students cannot attend in person.

Seven other locations across Idaho will hold their own hour-long vigils in solidarity with UI, and the university encourages people from other locations to participate as well, whether that be lighting a candle, turning on a porch light or having a moment of silence, according to the website.

ASWSU will provide free candles for WSU students in its office on the third floor of the Compton Union Building, according to an ASWSU Instagram post.
