Pullman High School football kicks off its 2023 season Friday against the Lakeland High School Hawks in Rathdrum, Idaho.

This is a non-league game and will be Lakeland’s third game of the season, as Idaho started their season before Washington. This is also the first time Pullman has played Lakeland since 2016, a 42-6 Greyhound win.

The Lakeland Hawks are 2-0 so far this season, with wins over Preston and Lake City (both Idaho schools). The Hawks are coming off of a 7-3 season in 2022.

Pullman went 2-2 on the road last season, while Lakeland at home last year was also 2-2. The Hawks are currently 1-0 at home this season.

Pullman is coming off of a 4-5 season in 2022, with wins over Moscow (Idaho), North Central, Rogers and East Valley High School. Following the week one road trip, the Greyhounds will have a three-game homestand

The game kicks off at 7 p.m. and is available on live stream via Lakeland High School’s NFHS Network stream.
