WSU defensive tackle Ansel Din-Mbuh is transferring to Texas Christian University, and is now a Horned Frog.
Din-Mbuh is from Aledo, Texas, which is just a 20-minute drive from the TCU campus in Fort Worth, Texas. It appears to be a natural fit for the tackle, who racked up six sacks for the Cougs as a sophomore in 2024, including three against San Diego State. He also recorded seven tackles for loss.
Din-Mbuh was a three-star recruit out of a high school and played in ten games last year as a true freshman. He has two years of eligibility remaining.
More Cougs continue to enter the transfer portal. This morning, Bryson Lamb and Kapenna Gushiken both hit the portal on the final day it is open. New head coach Jimmy Rogers will have his work cut out for him to replace the production of over thirty departing Cougs.
