With its 30th year of business approaching, The Old European Restaurant wins the award for students’ favorite breakfast.

Highlighted by their Danish aebleskivers and a wide selection of gourmet coffees, the European-style breakfast has been a Pullman staple for years, with a menu that sets it apart from any ordinary breakfast stop.

The restaurant takes pride in producing its own original food from scratch daily, from batters to freshly squeezed orange juice with no added ingredients, said Manager Anna Bishop.

Located in downtown Pullman on Grand Avenue, the restaurant has been gaining community support for years.

“We strive to make every guest feel welcome,” Bishop said. “We try to accommodate every need and exceed every expectation. [Community support is] very important. It lets us know that we’re doing our job right.”
