COLFAX – A former WSU administrator received a 20-month prison sentence last week in Whitman County Superior Court.

Judson Preece, 49, of Pullman, was arrested last August after he admitted to police he inappropriately touched and kissed a 13-year-old girl. A second victim less than 12 years old reportedly came forward in October and said Preece violated her in a similar manner.

Preece was the senior associate director of the WSU Alumni Association.
