Spring Arts and Crafts Fair

  • What: This is an absolute must. Take your mom to the Spring Arts and Crafts Fair. Watch her shop, see what she admires, and secretly buy it for her as a Mother’s Day present. It’s brilliant and helps you develop your undercover superhero skills.

Downtown Pullman excursion

Mom’s Weekend Fashion Show

  • What: This year’s annual Mom’s Weekend Fashion Show’s theme is “Elevate.” Go support these up-and-coming fashion designers and admire clothes you can never pull off, or pull on for that matter.
  • When: 7:30 – 9 p.m. on April 7
  • Where: Beasley Coliseum
  • Cost: $15

Kamiak Butte

  • What: If you actually enjoy physical activity, go to Kamiak Butte, which is almost as pretty as Steptoe Butte and requires a lot more work to get to. It’s still pretty, though.

Tea and spa day

  • What: Take your mom to a tea and spa day at the Student Recreation Center. Men, you need to, too. You have no idea how good a spa day feels, and once you go spa, you can never go back. Just make sure your mom pays. Register online at the Outdoor Recreation Center’s website.

Steptoe Butte

  • What: Take a trip to Steptoe Butte. It’s an absolutely beautiful view and you get to drive all the way to the top. It’s perfect.
