Lights on Stadium Way shut off Tuesday night following a power outage on the WSU campus. 

Pedestrians used light from their phones to signal to drivers that they were crossing the street. 

A representative from WSU Facilities Services said the outage affected multiple buildings on campus. The representative said they are unable to give more details. The representative said they were unable to give their name.

A dispatcher from the Pullman Fire Department said the department did not respond to the incident.
