I would like to know which RT-PCR test is being used by the county and if any serology as entered the picture. Last time I checked the PCR based tests were using data under an emergency use authorization because there was not sufficient time to fully isolate and purify the virus before characterization. I would love to know if this limitation has been overcome? And also how many base pairs are being looked for in the tests being used at what levels of amplification. Just curious here. Good hunting!
