Whitman County confirms 28 new COVID-19 cases
Nineteen people between 20 and 39 years old tested positive

Twenty-eight individuals tested positive for COVID-19, bringing Whitman County’s total to 1,240.
Of the new cases, nine people are aged 0-19 years, according to a press release from the Whitman County Emergency Operations Center. Three are female, and six are male. Nineteen people between the ages of 20-39 tested positive. Seven of them are female, and 12 are male.
One person who previously tested positive is in the hospital. All other patients are stable and self-isolating.
Residents are reminded to wear masks and practice social distancing.
