Whitman County confirms nine new cases
Nine individuals tested positive; two patients are currently hospitalized

Nine individuals tested positive for COVID-19, bringing Whitman County’s total to 1,412 cases.
Of the new patients, six males are aged 20-39 years, according to a press release from the Whitman County Emergency Operations Center. Two patients are males aged 40-59 and 60-79 years, respectively. One female is aged over 80 years.
Two patients are hospitalized, and all others are stable and self-isolating, according to the press release.
Residents are reminded to wear masks, practice social distancing and avoid large social gatherings.
