WSU has 96 active COVID-19 cases

Whitman County has running total of 3,852 cases

From March 16-29, 198 individuals tested positive for COVID-19, raising Whitman County’s running total to 3,852.

There have been a total of 46 COVID-19-related deaths as of March 29. A total of 94 people have been hospitalized in the county, according to Monday’s press release from the Whitman County Emergency Operations Center.

Of the new cases, 46 females and 24 males are aged 0-19 years. Fifty-six females and 61 males are aged 20-39 years. Two females and five males are aged 40-59 years. Two females and two males are aged 60-79 years, according to press releases from the county’s EOC.

WSU Pullman has a running total of 2,553 positive COVID-19 cases and 96 active cases as of March 28, according to the WSU COVID-19 Dashboard. Of the 96 cases, 92 are students.
