WSU study needs participants

WSU researchers are asking for student participants for a academic stress and animal interaction study.
According to a WSU news release, the team of researchers known as the Pet PALS study team, is seeking undergraduate students to study the effects of human and animal interaction and dealing with academic stress. The study will be spaced out over seven meetings during fall semester which include one-hour academic stress management sessions and assessments.
Participants will be paid up to $60 in cash for their involvement in the study.
Participants are asked to attend one of two informational session on Tuesday Sept.5 and Wednesday Sept. 6 in CUE 419. During the meeting, students will be briefed on study procedures and may be enrolled in the study.
