Several tires were vandalized in the Coffee House Apartment complex in Pullman.

Pullman Police Cmdr. Chris Tennant said that tires were flattened by nails. The nails were propped against the tire so when the victim used their vehicle, the nails then punctured flattened the tires.

Tennant said that there are currently no leads in the case, but that police are planning extra patrols in the area until the suspect is found or the problem stops.
