An arrest warrant of custodial interference has been issued to Moscow resident Aaron Daniel Aung, 21, according to a press release from the Pullman Police Department.

Aung violated a Latah County District Court parenting plan after not appearing at a scheduled custody exchange of his daughter, 2-year-old Seraya Aung Harmon, to her mother June 3 in Pullman, according to the press release.

Authorities believe Aung may be traveling with 21-year-old Nadia Cole, who was reported missing to the Port of Seattle Police Department May 28.

Cole, a recent WSU graduate and former Pullman resident, was last seen leaving Seattle Tacoma International Airport May 29, according to King 5.

Authorities ask that anyone with information about Aung or Seraya’s whereabouts contact the Pullman Police Department or other local law enforcement, according to the press release.
