UREC free parking extended to March 31

WSU will extend 90-minute free parking in the Student Recreation Center lot until the end of March.
According to a tweet from the University Recreation Twitter account, UREC, ASWSU and Transportation Services will use the extension to analyze comments and data to determine a permanent parking plan.
Nicolas Prante, assistant director of facilities and operations at UREC, previously said the data they were analyzing includes feedback they received from students via a suggestion area at the SRC. He said making free parking a reality has been a multi-year project.

The extension allows UREC, ASWSU, & Transportation Services time to analyze comments & data. The UREC Advisory Board will review & determine a permanent course of action.
