Students wanting to fill out the WSU General Scholarship Application need to complete them before Jan. 31.

The deadline for the online application is 11:59 p.m. PST on Tuesday, according to a WSU news release. Student Financial Services encourages all students to complete the application, which links students to over 700 different scholarship programs, according to the release.

The release stated that students should also fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), because it helps to figure out a student’s financial need. Some of the scholarship programs check for student need eligibility before giving out awards.

In order to remain eligible for most university scholarships, students using the WSU General Scholarship Application need to reapply every year, according to the news release. In order to submit an application, applicants need to create an account and fill out the application.

The release also stated that Student Financial Services can answer questions about the application.
