The 25-year-old WSU student who was found dead in Pullman on Nov. 27 has been identified as Nader Yaser Shihadeh.

Shihadeh’s roommate found him in his residence on the northwest side of Pullman before calling police.

Shihadeh was originally from Wilmette, Illinois, and started studying at WSU in 2014.

Pullman Police Cmdr. Chris Tennant said they are waiting on the results of the autopsy but believes the cause of death to be an overdose due to no signs of violence.
