The Moscow man who allegedly shot and killed an acquaintance Sunday is scheduled to appear Nov. 22 in the Latah County Second District Court.

Police charged Nathaniel H. Nisbet, 28, with first-degree murder for allegedly shooting Charles McMichael, 42, in a trailer in Bel Air Mobile Park in Moscow.
