A third party reported a sex offense at 12:04 p.m. Monday on State Street.

The incident occurred at the same address listed for the Gladish Community & Cultural Center, according to the Pullman Police Department’s (PPD) log.

“The detective unit is currently investigating it as indecent exposure,” said Penny Reavis, support services manager for PPD.

All witnesses will be submitting written statements this week. The investigation is being headed by Officer Jake Opgenorth.

Further investigation must take place before more information can be released.
