Spooky good couples costumes

CALLAHAN HUDSON, Evergreen reporter

With Halloween week coming quickly upon Pullman, many students are frantically trying to throw together costumes for this eventful week. The only thing that could make Halloween week better is sharing it with your friends or a significant other. Some multicultural centers in the CUB have a few ideas for great couples costumes ideas.

Ambreasia Cubean, a member of the African American Student Center, suggested Butch and a football player. Perfect way to show your school spirit!

From the Asian American and Pacific Islander Center, Donavyn Velez-Fucal suggested peanut butter and jelly and Braven DeCosta proposed eggs and bacon. They both don’t plan on partaking in the couples costumes this year because they don’t have a significant other.

Jesse Tell, a member of Gender Identity/Expression and Sexual Orientation Resource Center, suggested Bratz dolls. This is a perfect costume idea to do with a group of friends.

From the Chicanx Latinx Student Center, Jocelyn Granados thought of Velma and Daphne, while Martin Navarrete suggested Thing 1 and Thing 2.

Some more ideas for some couple costumes are famous movie best friends like Anna and Elsa from “Frozen” or Harry and Ron from Harry Potter.

Or look yummy with your favorite condiments like salt and pepper or ketchup and mustard.

If you’re in a pinch for costume ideas to do with your friends and loved ones, hopefully these will help make you stand out. Be safe and responsible this Halloween!
