OPINION: Manifesting your dream reality easier than you think

Through positive affirmations you can achieve so much

Positive thinking can go a long way in helping you create the reality you want.

Manifesting your dream reality is easier than you might think. All it takes is good energy, positive affirmations and the patience to be confident in what you want.

Spirituality and manifestation have been a major part of my life over the past four years. Through them, I attract whatever I want.

Throughout my time of manifesting, I have attracted the job I wanted for years, created a confidence that no one will be able to take down and best of all, the ability to see my future lifestyle clearly.

Samantha Martensmeier, junior international business major, has spent years attracting her true happiness by speaking it into existence.

“When I manifest, I feel gratitude and happiness while doing it,” Martensmeier said. “This is what attracts what I want, and I feel emotionally fulfilled by doing everything and being with people that are meant to be with me.”

Living in New York City with all my plants and an amazing view, I will be working for a big company doing what my major has taught me. I am ready and clear all blockings from receiving this reality.

Easy as that, I just manifested my future that will be my reality sooner than I think.

Senior chemistry major Keegan Paras preaches that good energy sends good things your way.

“If I think something is going to happen, it usually does,” Paras said. “If you assume bad things are going to come your way, they will.”

I have written about positivity in the past because I really believe it is everything a person needs. With positive energy, you attract positive things.

Regardless of whether you are trying to manifest or not, if you are always projecting negativity on yourself by saying things like, “I will not pass this test,” or “I cannot do this,” then the negative things you attracted will come to be.

Simply shifting “I cannot” and “I will not” to “I can” and “I will,” you will see so many positive changes in your life.

Whether you want to start manifesting your dream reality or tackle school with your ideal grades, you can do so through positive affirmations.

However, even with manifestation, you still need action and accountability.

I take small steps in preparing for my future by planning out what my apartment will look like. If you are manifesting good grades in school, you should still be making time to study throughout the semester.

“Find a way to manifest [the] things you want to have in life,” Martensmeier said. “Write it down or say it out loud, whatever method you want will work to manifest your attractions.”

Positive energy cycles back positive energy. I recommend everyone reading this to partake, and say five small things you are grateful for at this very moment.

Watch your life progress into this new, beautiful reality you have manifested.
