Happy day after Valentine’s Cougs! Our former editor-in-chief recently stepped away from his position, so for the rest of the semester, I will be filling the role.

I feel confident our new managing editor, Anna Adams, will fill my previous role well so we both can support The Daily Evergreen before we graduate in May.

I am looking forward to working on our Sports Edition at the end of the month, as well as our special edition that is still in the works in April and our graduation edition in May. 

I hope to make the best out of the next few months while supporting the Evergreen staff and the Pullman community.

Alexandria started working for the Evergreen in October 2020 as a news reporter and eventually hopped around to the roots/life, opinion and culture sections. She was a copy editor for three semesters beginning in January 2021 and was the Life editor in fall 2022. She was the copy chief for the summer and fall 2023 semesters, and is currently the editor-in-chief for the spring 2024 semester. She is from Tri-Cities, WA, and is always writing in her free time.
