CHS hosts virtual Real Talk Thursdays

Cougar Health Services is hosting Real Talk Thursdays this semester through Zoom from 1:30-2 p.m.

The Oct. 14 Real Talk Thursday’s topic is “let’s take a mid-semester breather,” according to the CHS website

In the upcoming weeks, there is a session on what to watch out for in the dating world and another on managing stress during the holiday season, according to the website.

A CHS mental health professional covers a different topic each week that CHS staff members think is relevant to WSU students, according to the website.

Real Talk Thursdays are open to all WSU students across the five campuses, according to the website.

For past Real Talk Thursday’s sessions, students can go onto the Student Affairs YouTube page and watch the recordings.
