Dylan Greene is a journalism and media production major from Stanwood. He started as the football beat reporter in the fall of 2017 and midway through that semester he was promoted to Assistant Sports Editor. He served as the Sports Editor for the 2018 spring semester and  was Editor-in-Chief for the 2018 summer and fall semesters.

Freshman infielder Kodie Kolden started hitting and throwing baseballs with his dad, Brady, when he was 3 years old. “He’s a hard kid to explain because he’s not your typical athlete,” Brady said. “He doesn’t think he’s better than anybody.”

Senior nickel Hunter Dale received about 30 scholarship offers and planned on attending University of Florida before a series of unforeseen events led him to Pullman. “Once I figured out I was coming here, it was perfect,” he said.

An unexpected journey

Redshirt junior running back James Williams II slept in motel rooms, churches and the back of a car for nearly a year while his family made the transition to living in California. “What we had was nothing, but at the same time we made the most of it,” he said.
